Dessica strengthens its technical expertise with the integration of Aircovery
We are delighted to welcome Aircovery, a company specialising in the treatment and purification of industrial air polluted by Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs).
Aircovery is involved in the entire value chain: engineering, technical studies, design, manufacture of equipment for sale, treatment services with diagnostics and maintenance, and sales based on usage (functional and cooperative economy).
Aircovery is joining us to reach a new stage in its development and strengthen its structure.
Complementary skills for industrial air treatment
This merger is based on technical opportunities and strong synergies between our respective markets. It also reinforces our shared vision of our companies’ purpose: to give more meaning to our businesses and develop forward-looking solutions for a more sustainable industry.

In practical terms, this integration enables DESSICA to consolidate its expertise in industrial refrigeration and create a multidisciplinary team based on two complementary areas of expertise: dehumidification and industrial air purification.
This external growth operation enables Dessica to strengthen and expand its internal expertise, following on from the integration of BTI Bernard Tôlerie Industrielle in 2018 and Schermesser Electric Systems in 2024, a specialist in electrical cabinet and box wiring.
The ambition is to continue joint development in these two markets, give meaning to our professions and develop sustainable solutions.
Founded in 2020 by two engineers, Maxime EMERY and Guillaume MOREL, the company is historically based in Neuville-sur-Saône, in the Lyon region. The team, consisting of a sales manager, a technical manager and an installation and maintenance technician, will gradually move to our premises in Trévoux.
Together, we want to reach new heights and offer our customers ever more effective solutions for controlled and sustainable air.🌍
